I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. 504 Helsinki region from air in April 2015
I am not sure whether these photos belong to Helsinki or big-Helsinki area, that is, outside of Helsinki borders. They look like typical block areas everywhere else in former Soviet Union, just the specific architecture of buildings is somewhat different (also just like in former SU), and probably the quality is better.
