I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. 497 Muhu 2014-2015
On the way to or from Kuressaare, the way goes through Muhu island which is connected to Saaremaa island. I am not sure if there are any blocks but here are just few photos of buildings in that island, taken from bus window.
