Strange that I had no idea of these blocks until this year. They are carefully hidden from Võru-Räpina road, or I never happened to watch in the right direction when passing this place. I found four bricks/blocks.
This one, the local skyscraper, looked unique to me -- I can't remember having ever seen such.
On the other side of the road.
I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. I am happy that I can enjoy these buildings and areas in my hometown Tallinn every day. (In case you wanted to see shopping mall Magistral in Mustamäe, please go to https://magistral.ee.)

This small village had just one block, but a very nice one. And another older building.
There was an old manor park in the right.

373 Kanepi 10.05.2015
Entrance to a place called Kanepi.
The red sign is written in Võro, very cute. Tuu ka hää, et om kotos kost rahha vällä võtta.
Very interesting: two windows for a balcony. There are similar houses also in Põlva. Those two windows belong to neighbours and there wasn't any tall separation as usual. So it was wasy to peek into neighbours room from the balcony.
Nice almost random pattern.
Indeed. The sign says to close the lid of thrash bin so that cats couldn't spread the thrash.
Usually the big windows are in the center of the panel, here they are at the edge. It is one of the nicest kinds of blocks in smaller towns.
