I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. 492 Tsirguliina 26-27.04.2016
I happened to this place because I wanted to continue my bicycle journey from here. It was snowing this morning and it was still +2 to +5 degrees C throughout the day. Here it already drizzled and it got slowly stronger to a real rain that lasted for hours... The train stop Sangaste is actually located here but a place called Sangaste itself is far away so the train stop's name is very much misleading. I would say Sangaste is roughly the same size than Tsirguliina so that wrong name makes no sense to me.
