This is Pilvetee which leads to Pöörise street. Pilvetee seems to be a mistake: it has to be Pilve tee as all the other street names are. And in some places it is written as Pilve tee.

Reaching Kadaka tee. Right before it went under reconstruction so there will be better paths for pedestrians, instead of such as seen here, just on the grass.
