Isn't that a strange car? I took this in a very right moment.
That's the real view, old green department store seen on the left.
I really had to take this photo because it looked like people sat at the edge of an abyss!
So here they began. The nice brown wall of the old coach station is also visible here in the bottom centre.
The effect of the flashlight.
I remember walking there in the morning and the view was so special that I had to take it with me.
I remember that day and taking these photos. Since it was the last day of the year, it was three hours shorter. I dind't want to go home but walk around and take photos. It was strangely quiet, not much traffic, no snow either... Strange memories and feelings, interesting photos.
Strange but when I watch this picture now, I think these young people, or at least three of them, were from my course in University of Tartu, maths department. Anyway, the sign says that already in September, the new department store will be opened.
New and old.
Long live the old market house on the left! It is architecturally nicer than the new department store!
Seen from Vanemuise street.
Right before opening, an evening before.
greeting! The design is very nice.
Old and new.
Old coach station is gone... It was on the left. More of this few posts back (162).
I have to admit I feel pretty nostalgic about all this.
