My friend knew where the "reactor" was and showed me this place too.
I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. 531 Paldiski 06.08.2016
Few updates from Paldiski. This time I visited it with a former inhabitant who used to be library keeper for few years in 1990's.
Compared to my earlier photo, this has been freshly painted.
