I won a special prize for this one in a photo contest "Mustamäe 50", http://minumustamae.tallinn.ee. I titled it as "Mustamäe will never get completed".
It was only 8:30PM but so dark already!

Strange snowfall. Three photos from left to right.
I could understand this when the wind was from the left but it wasn't! It probably changed too quickly after I checked it out.
