Here I reached to a local centre of this part of city.
One of the electric centres of Southern Latvia, I guess. Just like Tartu has a similar area for Southern Estonia.
At one place, there are similar buildings right next to Ilmatsalu street in Tartu, where the powerlines are concentrated.
This was right next to a park.
