Brand new buildings being built.
I love Soviet-era commieblock areas and buildings both in former USSR and in Eastern Europe. Highway ("Magistraal" in Estonian) takes me through such areas and some nice blocks are located right next to them. This is a small block-area right next to Väike-Õismäe. Just one bus goes there, nr. 61, which, when starting from there, goes to Väike-Õismäe and then Mustamäe, finishing in Järve hospital. Anyway, this was an area where Russian soldiers lived and they also built these buildings as far as I know.
