I have known the name of this place long time ago since there is a street in Tartu called Ilmatsalu and finally I had time to go and see it by myself! I was very surprised by what I saw...

This side tells me it was built at the beginning of 1990's. The same buildings are present at the edge of Põlva, close to bus station.
